We have an immediate opening for an Assistant Manager position for Property Management in the Santa Rosa and Novato, CA area!

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

A minimum of one year of experience in customer service; sales experience prefered

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi Voyager (if applicable)

A passion for the property management industry and the desire to continue to learn and grow

An outgoing, upbeat and can-do personality

Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Training on sales techniques

A polished and professional demeanor and appearance

Able to work 9 am to 6 pm each workday

Available to work full time, five days a week and be scheduled to work every Saturday and Sunday with two days off on weekdays

Strong work ethic that includes being dependable, flexible and team oriented

Excellent references past employers

Own personal transportation, valid drivers license and a good driving record

Fluency in both English and Spanish would be a plus
