CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT HEAD
A leading Western New York Home Builder and Real Esate Developer, David Homes and Development is seeking a Construction Department Head to assist with substantial Company Growth and Transition of its Construction Department.
Candidates must be able to excel in a fast paced environment, must have a strong work ethic, and must have a strong personality.
Job Purpose:
Assist in growing the company and maturing the Construction Department.
Duties:
Oversee all aspects of Construction including:
Estimating
Sales Support
Purchasing
Scheduling
Quality Control
Customer Service
Direct Supervision of Field and Office Staff
Interact with Company Principal and Senior Managment
Skills/Qualifications:
Construction and Real Estate Experience is required.
Strong Computer Skills required.
Strong Communication and Team Building Skills required.
