Junior Sales Representative - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join our team! You will work with our sales and management team to establish selling skills and product knowledge in order to grow an existing territory.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and company sales metrics
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Set-up new orders, including price/cost sheets, prepare drawing orders, and any other detailed information needed for the project. Lead the turn over meeting with Project Coordinators ensuring clear concise hand off of project.
• Identify network opportunities to optimize lead generation
• Utilize sales and problem solving skills to better serve external and internal customers
• Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, project management, installation, equipment suppliers, logistics and accounting groups
• Maintain and update sales database such as mailings lists, contact lists and client information related to, but not limited , architects, builders, etc.
• Attend training to remain current on product knowledge specifications (initial and ongoing)

• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Technical knowledge
• Basic understanding of building codes
