Assistant Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Responsible for management of employees in kitchen and dining room of fast-paced casual restaurant.  We are one of over 500 Culver's franchises in the country dedicated to providing our customers with high quality food and exceptional customer service.  Our candidate must be a team player who can work well with other managers and crew members to achieve these goals.

The Assistant Manager will have a variety of duties in directing crew members in the kitchen in food preparation to maintain high cleanliness and quality standards, while adhering to fast food time constraints.  When working with crew members in the front of the restaurant, the manager will be responsible for hospitality, overseeing order taking for dine in and drive thru customers, with the mission that everyone who chooses Culver's leaves happy
