Job Description/Overview:

The eCommerce Marketplace Manager will work with Logistics, Procurement, Customer Service and Warehouse departments to list and sale items via online sales outlets with the main focus on Amazon. This position will gather information about inventory items for sale, photograph or coordinate photography, and develop eCommerce listings with written descriptions for our vast license plate frame assortment and upload these items to predetermined marketplace. This position will help to develop strategies for successful listing and boosting sales of online inventory through the use sponsored advertising, sales and ranking analysis and profitability analysis as well as assist with product research, new product development.

Job Duties:

· Daily management of eCommerce marketplace operations and relations.

· Use of data analytics and tools to identify and recommend future product expansion with highest probability of success.

· Create, manage, and optimize listings for maximum visibility and effectiveness.

· Detailed maintenance and improvement of listings (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking.

· Keyword research, analysis for the use of creating profit sponsored ad / advertising campaigns

· Creating routine shipments and warehouse fulfillment coordination.

· Monitor competition across e-commerce platforms.

· Create periodic reports for executive team.

· General office work and routine tasks involving customer service.

· Develop and execute specific strategies for boosting sales performance in eCommerce

· Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation

· Optimize online content through research, edits, proofs and tests online, to communicate with target consumers and maximize sales

· Pricing – Internet research

· Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to maintain high customer rating and satisfaction as a seller on all third party marketplace platforms

· Forecasted weekly/monthly/quarterly sales

· Other duties assigned

 

Skills/Abilities:

· Consumer products/equipment/parts experience a plus.

· Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications

· Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize

· Excellent decision-making & critical thinking skills

· Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service

· High level of initiative and self-motivation with a drive to win!

· Perseverance and commitment to getting the job done

· Strong work ethic with an un-wavering attention to detail.

· Tech savvy.

· Photography skills are a plus.

· 2 years eCommerce experience required
