Who are we looking for?

The Team Leader is responsible for recruiting agents from competitor companies in order to build the business.

The Team Leader is supported by a comprehensive staff which handles the day to day operations of the Market Center, and protects the time of the Team Leader. The Team Leader builds relationships with existing agents from other companies by spending up to four hours a day making telephone calls, attending networking events and open houses while maintaining a database and staying in constant relationship.

The Team Leader is expected to hold 20 Market Share face to face appointments each month (two per business day) while recruiting a minimum standard of 2 Market Share agents to the Market Center each month.  

Compensation – Base Salary + Aggressive Bonus + owner profit share + KWRI Profit Share and comprehensive health insurance. DOE
