Kale me Crazy Juice Bar and Cafe Shift Lead - Full-time / Part-time

Kale Me Crazy is a new, fast growing superfoods cafe and juice bar, that is all about promoting healthy living through fresh organic and natural foods. We are now searching for Shift Leaders for our Inman Park and Buckhead locations. Role: Hands-on, day-to-day performance of the restaurant. Responsibilities will include: Overseeing all employee tasks: food prep, kitchen workflow, presentation, customer satisfaction, and food and beverage quality assurance. Maintaining store cleanliness and compliance with health and hygiene standards. (ServSafe certification is desirable.) Opening and closing, cash management, training, and employee performance management. Food and supply vendor management and inventory control. The ideal candidate has experience in most, if not all of the above responsibilities and most importantly has a passion for a healthy lifestyle! Prior juice bar, health food, food industry, fitness experience is of interest.
