Job Description
Must be 18 years of age to qualify for this position
As a clerk in our deli department you will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Nothing less than superb customer service, this will include answering any and all questions our shoppers may have.
- Taking special orders for our customers
- Making salads
- Slicing meat on a slicer
- Grilling sandwiches
- Frying foods for our hot bar and self serve cases
- Baking dishes for our hot bar and self serve cases
- Roasting chickens (rotisserie)
- Assisting in cleaning of the department
- Organizing and restocking of supplies
- Following all safety and sanitation regulations
- Merchandising salads, sandwiches, appetizers, soups and a multi deck cheese case
