Floor Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Job Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience by offering a high level of service
• Resolve customer complaints and customer problems in an efficient and friendly way with the primary goal of satisfying the customers needs while staying in line with Jumping World policies
• Coach, manage, and train staff to ensure compliance with standards as set by Jumping World
• Oversea Court Guard staff while motivating them to stay on task
• Identify and assign duties to staff
• Monitor labor to make sure the facility has enough staff
• Manage operations with integrity, passion, and knowledge while promoting the values and culture of the business
• Manage POS system and tills

Requirements

• Must be flexible to open and close
• Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Bilingual is a plus
• Must be 18 or older
