Job Description
We are seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our team! This newly added position will work directly with the Tyler sales department to prepare accurate and detailed product quotes for Tyler customers and prospects for Tyler’s telematics product line.

Responsibilities:
· Communicate with Tyler’s sales department to obtain the essential information to prepare a pricing proposal with the required timeframe.
· Use and maintain established tools and processes to verify the accuracy of the information
· Use and maintain established software quoting tools
· Communicate with external vendors when necessary to receive sub -contractor quotes
· Prepare, review and distribute accurate sales quotes and ensure that quoting is being returned to Tyler’s sales department with the required timeframe
· Maintain current and detailed knowledge about Tyler’s telematics product line
· Manage time and priorities effectively
· Track all activity, prepare and distribute weekly reports using Excel and other business software tools
Qualifications:
Advanced to expert level skills with Microsoft Excel, including ability to use excel formulas and excel tables are required.
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Very strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment

A minimum of an associate degree in Business Administration or related area
Previous experience with SKU maintenance, kitting and assemblies
3+ years of related experience, including 2+ years of work experience in a professional office environment
Advanced-to Expert level skills with MS Office software, including Word, PowerPoint and particularly Excel
Supplier/service provider relations experience
