Pastry Professional Needed for the San Carlos area!
The Head Baker/Pastry Chef/Kitchen Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team,
- Managing food and labor goals
- Creating weekly schedules
- Production of our specialty and custom cakes, cupcakes, bars and cookies.
Looking for professionals with:
3-5 years of management experience with a minimum of two years of professional kitchen experience and a culinary degree. This is a high production environment that will give you the opportunity to be intimately involved in running and building the organization, connecting, building lasting relationships and having FUN! Cake decorating skills a plus.
