Job Description
Our client is adding a top talent Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team in a large Furniture Store format. Prior experience managing and working within a commission sales environment is required. Furniture - Mattress - Appliance Sales and Store Management experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with staff recruitment and adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees and coach them using the selling system.
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and communicate with the leadership team on hot-button issues.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience supervising a team of retail sales associates in a commission sales environment
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields including experience using POS systems and Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
