Ideal Hourly Manager has previous experience in late night bar atmosphere and has experience working with VIP's, handling money, and closing procedures. This could be a lead server captain, lead bartender, Key Hourly Manager. This is a full time position with capabilities to pick up server / bartending shifts.
Restaurant Hourly Manager Qualifications:
High volume experience $10M+ annual sales
Excellent written and speaking communications
Exceptionally service-oriented/ understands hospitality
Minimum 1 year restaurant management with bar experience
Established longevity & career progression. (sorry, no more than 3 jobs in 6 years)
Professional image & demeanor
