Jake’s Restaurant is seeking a Host | Floor Manager to join our team!
The Host | Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all foh tasks and personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of servers, bartenders, bussers and hosts
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- 2 yrs experience in a fine dining restaurant
- Customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
