Job Responsibilities:
The Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Vice President, Retail in preparing for and accomplishing the following management responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of associates by providing guidance and leadership to achieve store sales and profit objectives
  • Promoting growth within the Company by implementing training initiatives, providing continuous coaching and succession planning
  • Providing direction, coordination and evaluation of the store
  • Human Resources Management, including orientation, hiring, scheduling and performance management
  • Planning, assigning and directing work for the achievement of required standards in customer service, product knowledge, inventory management, loss prevention, salesmanship objectives and overall store operations standards
  • Utilizing highly developed communication skills to provide outstanding customer service to each and every customer

 

Job Requirements

Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager

  • 1-3 years Retail Management experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor (3rd Key)
  • Demonstrated leadership and integrity with experience managing staff
  • Exceptional customer service skills, proven leadership and organizational skills
  • Proactive and creative problem solving ability
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability and ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Passion and desire for excellence; motivated and results driven
  • Associates degree in business, marketing, communications or related field. Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered

Base Salary:

  • $40,000 – $45,000 per annum (Store Mgr.)
  • $12.50 – $13.50 per hour (Ass’t. Store Mgr.)
