Job Description

Our fast paced firm is currently seeking a positive individual with financial experience and expertise in completing and processing paperwork and applications.

In the role as Team Leader/Executive Assistant you will be responsible for performing administrative functions to include:

  • Accurately completing and processing client paperwork
  • Preparing advisor for all daily appointments
  • Ensuring outstanding client service
  • Scheduling client reviews in a timely manner
  • Managing and completing all service related tasks

To succeed in this position the candidate will need to possess the following:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • In depth focus on detail and accuracy
  • Critical thinking capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • High level of competency using Microsoft Office
  • Securities license is preferred, although not required

Salary commensurate with experience. We intend for this position to be in the top income quintile for the right individual.
