GENERAL MANAGER:
$55,000 Yr Plus Bonus
Quarterly Bonus
Company Ownership via VAR Stock grants
5 Day Work Week
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER:
$40,000 Yr plus incentives

Job Duties for the Restaurant Manager:
- Oversee the Daily operations of this fast-paced restaurant and juice bar.
- Coach and develop staff to ensure the highest level of guest service is delivered.
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Must have 2+ years of restaurant management experience – someone who is currently or recently a Restaurant Manager
- Looking for a Restaurant Manager early to mid-career level (2-15 years total in the restaurant industry)
- Need to be health conscious and live a healthy lifestyle
- Qualified candidates will have a strong knowledge of FOH and BOH operations.
- Proven track record of leading a team.
- No more than 2 jobs in five years or 3 jobs in 9 years.
- High school diploma, College preferred.
- Must be able to work in a multi-task environment with a hands-on management approach.
