General Manager and Manager for well known restaurant. This upscale restaurant concept is looking for a great Manager to help lead the team. This is a stable restaurant brand that has been successful for many years.

An Ideal Candidate:

Prefer someone who is local to the area in order to lead in charitable work and community outreach in this tight knit community
2-5 years management experience
Extensive wine knowledge a definite Plus
Ability in driving profitability and overall operational compliance
Builds Team Talent: Ensures only the right people are hired and developed in the restaurant - A Great Recruiter
Builds teamwork through proper training, deployment and communication
The right candidate understands performance criteria and holds self and team accountable through effective coaching and strong follow through skills.

As a restaurant Manager your goal is to lead a well-trained service, bar and kitchen staff to ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to. You will be responsible for all areas of the restaurant while concentrating on one specific area assigned to you. This could be the bar, service staff or host and support staff. You will be developed during your tenure and be given specific goals to get you to the next level.
