Install America is growing and we are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our corporate team in Tennessee. Our sales professionals demonstrate strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills. Our most successful sales reps:

• Are comfortable and ready to assume performance based compensation.

• Have a strong desire to be highly successful.

• Have a willingness and commitment to learn our step-by-step, proven sales process.

• Have some Home Remodeling Sales Experience (Not Required).

• Have some Outside Sales / In Home Sales Experience (Not Required).

• Are proficient working with computers / laptop.

• Have a Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

This role will require you to give in-home sales presentations at customer residences. You will be working out of your home office and driving to appointments with occasional meetings and training sessions at the corporate office.
