Part-Time Retail Sales Associate needed for an opportunity with Yoh’s client, Harley-Davidson, located in Menomonee Falls, WI.

The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:

• The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for serving as both greeter and cashier.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• The greeter welcomes guests for both the free and fee-based tours and is responsible for upselling the paid tour experience.
• The greeter also reviews safety and security guidelines.
• In the retail store, the associate is responsible for transacting sales accurately, processing inventory, merchandising the store and assisting customers.
• The individual may be responsible for opening and closing functions and may occasionally escort factory tours (no speaking required).

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

• Retail Sales Associate positions are long-term, part time positions that average between 25-35 hours per week on weekdays during the daytime. The operation is closed for all major holidays.

• This position is for our Pilgrim Road Employee Store. Hours are Thursdays from 7:30a-4:30p and Fridays from 9:30a-2:30p.

• Individual must be self motivated, possess clear communication skills, have retail background, pay attention to detail and be able to multi-task.
