Job Description
Impact CNC in Columbia City, Indiana has an immediate opening for a 3rd Shift lead position! Impact CNC is a contract CNC manufacturer which supplies to the automotive, heavy truck, off-highway, and oil/gas industries.We are looking for an energetic individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a shift lead on 3rd Shift.
Previous lead experience is preferred. Qualified candidates must have CNC set-up experience as well as CMM experience.
Responsibilities/Duties include:
- Taking attendance for employees on shift
- Must be able to stand for long period of times
- Travel to other plants when necessary
- Ability to direct production staff
- Ability to trouble-shoot mechanical problems in the production process
- Performs other related duties as requested by management
