Multiple General Manager Positions - Full-time / Part-time

Hotels Unlimited operates mid-level franchised hotels and has great career opportunities for individuals who are highly motivated, have a take-charge attitude, and good communication skills.  We are currently seeking candidates for the position of General Manager at several of our Holiday Inn Express locations including Woodbridge, Neptune, and West Long Branch.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

• To hire and/or train a qualified staff to produce the highest volume of sales, and affect the greatest profit while maintaining a high degree of public satisfaction, confidence, and prestige in the service and quality of the hotel. 
• To oversee hiring, training, scheduling, employee issues, and termination, including development and motivation of personnel skills.
• To exemplify Hotel policies and procedures. 
• To remain competitive in every area and to produce and achieve budgetary goals.
• To maintain a high employee morale.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of recent experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager with a proven track record for achieving excellent customer service. 
• Must possess operational knowledge of all phases of the hotel industry as well as understand budgeting and accounting. 
• A well organized, highly motivated individual with a take charge attitude and excellent communication skills and great attention to detail is vital to this position.
• Must set an example for all employees at all times relating to guest service and professionalism.
• Excellent communicator, well organized, and detail oriented.
• Flexible hours required.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge in Windows, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must be able to work independently as well as follow given instructions.
