Job Description
We focus on in person customer service. No cold calling or cubicles. We like to create relationships with our customers on behalf of our clients. Addressing any questions and concerns they might have about their service provider. We focus on getting them the best deal based on their needs, not our own agenda. Responsibilities include:
- Customer Account Management
- Customer Account Renewal
- Customer Account Upgrades
- Customer Retention
- Customer Attainment
Applicant Qualifications:
- Apply training to develop robust knowledge of all products and services
- Possess desire to continue education in management, marketing, sales, and leadership
- Prove effective leadership through team trainings and goal setting
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, and Finance are preferred but not required
- Transferable experience from retail, hospitality, restaurant, banking, insurance, athletics, customer service, promotions, marketing, or other customer related positions
- Must be able to work full time with additional hours available
- Successfully pass a background check and drug test
