Sales Trainer  | Retail & Customer Service Experience | Entry Level 

• Hands on training provided for entry level positions.
• Must reside in Jacksonville and/or surrounding areas only.
• All positions start entry level with opportunity to advance into management .

Horizon Innovations is interviewing for our full time entry level positions, all of which have the opportunity for advancement within the company. Our hands-on training approach allows us to cross-train candidates in entry level areas of: sales, marketing, management and leadership development. Bachelor degree is preferred - Most Common Considered Majors: Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Economics, Management, Business & Entrepreneurship.

Minimum qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant experience in a leadership role
• Ability to speak English fluently and idiomatically.
• 0-6 years retail, restaurant, or equivalent work experience.
• US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States
• Living in or around the Jacksonville area

Preferred qualifications

• Internship experience in sales, marketing and account management.
• Interest in developing customer partnerships.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize sales activity.
• Entry level experience in sales, marketing, customer service, communications, leadership, training, retail, restaurant, service, food, sports, team work, and public relations is a PLUS!
