Job Description
Laundry Worker
The Laundry Worker assists with the daily production and assembly of clean linen for final distribution to medical facilities. Under general supervision and according to established procedures, receives, sorts and processes clean linen for final delivery to hospitals and clinics in the Dallas metroplex and their patients.
- Able to stand 8 to 12 hours per day
- Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds a day
- Able to bend over carts or assembly lines, repeatedly up to 12 hours per day
- Able to reach and extend arms across equipment and extend arms above head repeatedly.
- Able to walk up to 12 hours per day.
- Able to push and/or pull carts heavy up to 12 hours per day.
Rate of Pay: Starts at $9.75 with an increase (based on performance) after 90 days.
No Experience necessary since training is provided.
