Installation Crew Manager

Established company in Smyrna, TN is looking for a motivated individual to lead our installation team.  We custom fabricate and install architectural metal canopies and fabric awnings.  Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: jobsite management, scheduling installations, increasing productivity, quality control, maintaining equipment, maintaining company vehicles, fastener and tool inventory, interfacing with customers, hands-on installation work, and shop work.  This job requires working on ladders with power tools. 

Job Requirements:

·         Motivated, hard-working individual

·         Ability to work independently

·         Ability to lead others

·         Ability to read and work from plans and/or shop drawings

·         Good problem solving skills

·         Good communication skills

·         Lift 50 lbs unassisted

·         Comfortable working on ladders and/or lift equipment

·         Ability to use a wide variety of power tools (drills, saws, air tools, etc)

·         Ability to operate lift equipment

·         High School diploma

·         Valid TN driver's license with a clean driving record

·         Safe driver that is comfortable pulling trailers
