Retail Sales Lead - Full-time / Part-time

Newport Center Orthopedic is a family owned and operated medical supply retail store located near Fashion Island.  NCO was founded in 1967 on a simple idea: offer each customer superior service, quality products and selection. Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner

Consistently seek new product knowledge to become an expert for our customers

Answer phones and take action on customer requests ensuring all customer requests are fulfilled

Gather, maintain and track customer data through POS

Utilize cross selling and up-selling techniques to achieve sales goals

Analyze sales history to optimize inventory levels

Prepare purchase orders

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years retail experience

Ability to work weekends

Excellent verbal and written communication
