Associate Sales Representative, Medical Packaging

This is an entry level sales position providing an Associate Sales Representative candidate the opportunity to learn Technipaq’s products, market and industry. We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, junior-level sales professional to sell our tailored flexible packaging solutions.

The right candidate for our Associate Sales Representative role is a highly motivated and coachable individual with motivation to surpass goals and objectives.  Our intent is to promote the Associate Sales Representative to a full Sales Representative within 6 months, if personal and professional growth targets are met.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales objectives
• Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
• Organized, with attention to details
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Strong verbal and communication skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• 0-2 years of previous sales experience preferred
• Willingness to travel within your defined region
• Must be a self-starter with strong time management and planning skills and have the ability to target accounts and achieve results through a daily action plan
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Must be customer focused
• Excellent communication, negotiation and selling skills
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
• Computer proficiency
• Most hold a valid driver's license and provide proof of insurance
