Flooring Sales - Full-time / Part-time

Rapidly growing flooring company looking for goal oriented salesperson who can take advantage of this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct commercial as well as in home flooring sales presentations for customers by scheduled appointment.
• Recommend flooring solutions and assist customers in flooring design.
• Contact new leads and follow up with prospective clients.
• Utilize networking events to support business development.
• Attend company marketing and sales events.
• Meet established goals for customer proposals and sales.
• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform tasks and manage time with minimal oversight in a team environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Valid drivers license
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office Suite
• Spanish Bilingual a plus but not required
