We are currently in search of Community Managers with Experience in Community Management in New Jersey
Acts as the on-site and /or Managing Agent for the administration, management, and operation of the Condominium according to established and approved Association policies, procedures, and rules and regulations; and in so doing integrates and coordinates activities of all Association personnel, vendors, and contractors while responding to the needs of the community, all through the direction of the Board.
Qualifications:
- Strong sense of customer service
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail
- High School Diploma ( or equivalent)
- Must be able to read, write and communicate English fluently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Minimum of three years experience in Property Management
- Strong knowledge and experience with large scale projects a must
