Job Description
Boats Group is excited to announce that we’re looking for a Manager, Pricing Strategy & Analysis to develop and lead our pricing strategy and analysis function. We are seeking a highly-motivated individual who will report to the Director of FP&A, work closely and partner with all areas of the company and can function in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment to develop, optimize, and maximize revenue and gross profit in a high growth, private-equity backed company.
This role is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring communication with executives, directors, and managers across all departments but especially in sales, marketing, and product development. This individual will also need to manage timely deliverables and prioritize responsibilities using sound judgment to effectively handle and respond to complex situations with minimal supervision. Candidates must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be comfortable working in an environment where the words ‘this isn’t in my job description’ don’t exist. They also must be able to take on and drive cross functional initiatives working with all areas within the company.
