E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT (AMAZON, ETSY, etc)

e-Commerce Assistant (Amazon, Walmart, Overstock, Etsy, Ebay, etc)

Primary Job Tasks:
• Listing product feeds on all major online market places i.e Amazon.com, Walmart, Ebay etc
• Filtering Excel spreadsheets to update product data and list new products.
• Process orders, FBA Shipments, order updates, shipping status, Create Amazon FBA shipping plans etc.
• Provide customer service via phone / email
• Knowledge of digital photography. (Adobe Photoshop skills is not required but it's a plus).

Duties:
• Good reading, writing and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 2 years Experienced with Amazon, eBay, Overstock, Walmart and any other eCommerce marketplaces
• Attention to detail (understand details of work, perform detailed tasks)
• Basic skills in Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets and Google Docs **Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP experience is helpful but not necessary.**
• Quick learner
• Ability and orientation to manage multiple tasks and prioritization
• Be accountable, organized, responsible, and strong individual contributor who works well with minimal supervision
• Be self-motivated, self-reliant, resourceful, and communicative. 

Requirements:
• Understand data feeds (importing and exporting data)
• Minimum 2 years Experienced with Amazon is required. Experience with other eCommerce marketplaces such as etsy, eBay, Overstock, Walmart and any other eCommerce marketplaces is a plus
• Strong Excel skills required. Most tasks will be done in Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets and Google Docs. **Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP experience is helpful but not necessary.***

Note that this job does NOT require any order fulfillment duties, shipping/receiving, inventory management or CSR.

Compensation: Depends on Experience
