Job Description
We are seeking a Internet Sales Coordinator to join our team! You will be answering all of our incoming sales phone calls and internet leads from our website and setting appointments for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming sales department phone calls.
- Respond to all internet leads.
- Continue to follow up with every lead (phone and internet).
- Engage the customer by providing information in a friendly & professional manner.
- Provide input and suggestions on ways to stimulate more internet leads.
- Assist in development of email templates for lead responses.
- Aid in writing descriptions of units in inventory for our website
Qualifications:
- Must have good communication skills both on the phone and via email.
- Good self management is a necessary.
- Needs to be able to implement and maintain a good process management system.
- Computer skills are absolutely necessary.
