Overview:
The Store Manager/Leader has a wide variety of challenging and fun retail, service and human resource responsibilities, covering all operations within the selling floor, salon/barbershop, spa and more. Tons of room for leading, learning, growing, making some and being part of a great team.
Purpose:
Ensure that all operational procedures, codes of conduct and standards of appearance set down by the company Mission, Vision and Core Values are adhered to by all staff. Help create a happy and motivated team and ensure the smooth running of the Barbershop and Spa at all times while providing outstanding levels of service to all guests. To continually learn, grown and enhance the company brand and reputation. To have a good time and learn a lot – why not?
As you become more familiar with company operations, you will be expected to make suggestions on marketing, internal policies, procedures and guideline implementation and to call on members of the team (including the CEO) to help you accomplish these objectives. Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years managing high-end retail or salon environment
- High School Diploma
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Basic Computer Skills
- Experience with Millennium Guest Services Software preferred
- Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure
- Must be able to work in a very fast paced customer service oriented environment
- Must be a team player, problem-solver, dependable, and flexible
- Must be driven, passionate, and a self-starter
- Must be looking for a career, not just a job
