Clerk / Cashier / Customer Service - Sales Retail - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking a Clerk / Cashier to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• We are looking for positive, energetic, self-motivated customer service/cashiers.

   

  Positions are 30-35 hours per week for store clerks. The positions are preferably for candidates with open availability with the ability to work weekends. Must be reliable and have reliable transportation. Candidate must be at least 18 years of age and pass a background check. Prior convenience store experience is preferred, but not required.

   

  Applicants will need to:

  -Provide excellent customer service.

  -Accurately handle cash transactions.

  -Operate point of sale equipment (cash register/lottery)

  -Stock inventory.

  -Basic cleaning and upkeep such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and taking out trash.

  -Standing for the entirety of the shift
