Job Responsibilities

As our Manager with your background in food service management, you will be leading a team of 35-50 employees.

Additional responsibilities include:

· Providing a positive dining experience to our guests

· Assisting management team in hiring, training, and developing the staff

· Ensuring that excellent customer service and a clean, family oriented environment is maintained

· Ensuring every guest is satisfied with their visit and wishes to return in the future

· Resolving guest concerns in a professional, respectful, and timely manner

· Proving P & L management skills

Job Requirements

As our Restaurant Manager, your education and background in food service management is necessary for this position.

Additional requirements include:

· High School Graduate

· At least 1-3 years of recent restaurant management experience

· Must be available to work any shift, weekends, and holidays

· Must have ability to react quickly; strong organizational skills

· Must have great customer service skills; a “Need to Please" attitude

· Computer Literate; Point-of-Sales (POS) experience
