District Operations Manager - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking a District Operations Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of several shops within a district you maintain. This is a salaried position and expenses (gas, cell usage) are paid with a monthly allowance. We are the fastest growing sandwich QSR in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of approx. 10 employees at each shop.
• You would be responsible for 4-7 shops. 
• Daily focus on exceptional operations.
• Maintain compliance with company standards in food safety, cleanliness, advertising and quality. 
• Adjust daily schedules for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency in labor goals and customer service goals. 
• Train and evaluate employees to meet the standards of the company. 
• Track weekly financial results to ensure profitability and budgeting. 
• Evaluate shops for marketing potentials.
• Manage every aspect of the shops from micro to macro.

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities. 
• Willingness to jump in. 
• This is a salaried position and you would be expected to work up to 50 hours per week as needed. 
• Due to the travel aspect of the duties, reliable transportation is required.
