We are currently looking for bright, energetic, hard-working applicants who want to be a part of the Movie Theatre Industry. The people we are searching for know what is expected for the Ultimate Movie-Going Experience from both the Sales and Customer Service point of view.

Requirements

The Hourly Assistant Manager must:

• Have previous theater, retail, or restaurant experience (but will train the right individual),

• Have proven leadership skills and must be able to multi-task

• Enjoy working with the public in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment,

• Be able to direct the efforts of a diverse staff of up to 35+ employees in meeting high standards of customer service

• Put the business first and display a desire to engage with people, taking every opportunity to have a pleasant interaction with all customers

• Possess a strong desire to take responsibility for the theatre’s success, and be decisive in the actions needed to deliver growth.

• Have a strong desire to achieve results through people by teaching and encouraging staff to progress

• Act reliably and always maintain a positive and optimistic attitude

• Possess the availability (32-40 hrs/week) and flexibility associated with working various shifts, including Nights, Holidays and Weekends
