Retail Furniture Sales/Interior Design Manager

Local Home is currently searching for a high energy, enthusiastic, Sales Manager and In-Home Design Manager for the Mid Town West location. The Sales Manager would be responsible for selling our selection of Interior Design resources as well as developing and leading a team of In-home and in-store design consultants. Keep up to date our design resource library and pricing guides for each product line. Experience in Interior Design or the Furniture industry is preferred.

Job Requirements:

Sell furniture and Design Services, including In-home design.

Greet customers and provide a professional and welcoming sales experience.

Reinforce customer selections and help them complete their rooms.

Coordinate placement, receipt, and delivery or pickup of special order pieces.

Maintain knowledge of a broad range of furniture styles and products.

Schedule appointments for in-home consultations and in-store presentations.

Follow up with customers on special requests.

Complete store opening and closing procedures.

Conduct sales consultations, present and discuss home furnishing product options and help customers select home furnishing pieces.

Deliver top-notch service to every customer, build customer loyalty and acquire referrals.

Relevant experience and familiarity with a broad range of furniture styles and products preferred.
