Tailor/Seamstress - Full-time / Part-time

This challenging and rewarding role provides the opportunity to create an unforgettable production experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best, knowing how and where their clothes are made. While the primary responsibility of the Tailor/Seamstress is to deliver excellent customer service and lead in producing our top quality products through exquisite craftsmanship; Tailors/Seamstresses are expected to participate in overall cut and sew production. The perfect candidate should possess the following:

Requirements & Responsibilities Include:

- Professional (General) Skilled Basics in sewing and cut and sew operations

- Production area maintenance

- Repairs & Alterations

- Track Inventory: labels, tags, fabric, supplies

- Purchase Inventory, Track, Manage, Prevent waste: repair, recycle, reuse,repurpose excess

- Understand all sewing production machines

- Perform routine maintenence & coordinate Repairs with technicians.

- Manage all level Tailors/Seamstresses

- Implement Cut and Sew garment production

- Develop Cut and Sew production

- Co-manage print production

Salary: $10.00 to $15.00 /hour
