Job Description
StaffEx is currently looking for a 3rd Shift supervisor for a small manufacturing company in Oldsmar, FL. This position is full-time, temp-to-perm. The shift is 11:00pm-7:00am. Pay starts between $12-$15/hr. DOE. The perfect candidate would have some supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key Duties:
· Supervise up to 12 employees
· Meet production goals
· Problem Solving
· Ensure employees are adhering to shift times
· Training employees
Requirements:
- Supervisor experience
- CNC knowledge is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
