Auto Body Assistant General Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Job Title: Assistant General Manager

Reports to: General Manager Status: Exempt

Essential Functions:
-Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention.

-Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner, advising the General Manager of all serious complaints or incidences

-Establish and build personal rapport with customers

-Maintain positive employee relations and morale

-Ensure proper follow-through on all communications and directives from General Manager

-Monitor and control all facility conditions, vehicles, and equipment within company standards for cleanliness, proper maintenance, and safety

-Assure good operating conditions of all equipment and advise the General Manager of all breakdowns and maintenance immediately

-Follow-up on all repair work

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used:
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- CCC1 experience

- ICAR certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and employees in a professional manner.
- Ability to work in a high volume and fast-paced environment.
- Must have strong work ethics, be reliable, and have a professional and positive attitude.

Education and Experience:

- 2-5 plus years of Auto experience, preferably with an Operations and/or Service manager background
