Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
· Support buying office on keying, tracking, receiving purchase orders
· Communicate directly with vendors on stock availability, shipping updates & price changes
· Answer and direct calls from sales team and vendor contacts
· Organize and maintain all aspects of purchase orders receiving and filing
· Support store initiatives by assisting on floor moves and inventory maintenance
· Work directly with Buyer on seasonal merchant initiatives
· Packing & processing damages
· Organize and maintain photo library
· Assist associates with shipping and product updates, sku creation
· Schedule market appointments
· Price changes keying & changing prices on the selling floor
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills
· Flexible and a team player
· Luxury and retail background a plus
· Highly organized with the ability to multi task
· Must be proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook
· Ability to problem solve & work Independently
