Job Description
Masterson Staffing is currently recruiting for several temp-to-hire builders for our client in Farmington, MN. This company creates high tech items for government partners, and will need candidates with attention to detail, integrity and focus. Job duties:
· Sew and/or tape materials per instructions
· Read and interpret drawings, templates and specs
· Complete detailed and accurate documentation
· Package, assemble and control traceability of materials
· Work in a clean room environment wearing personal protective equipment as instructed
Requirements:
· Must have high school diploma or GED
· Ability to stand, move, lift up to 25 pounds.
· Comfortable working in a clean room environment when required
· Strong math, reasoning and dexterity skills (will be tested before being placed in position)
· Ability to work independently on projects with little to no supervision
Qualified candidates must be able to pass a background test and provide an updated resume for consideration. AA/EEO
