Job Description

SUMMARY:

Assign orders to vendors and manage to ensure that they are completed within the timeframe

established to meet our business needs. Document all information pertaining to an order in the

valuation management system. Establish and maintain customer and vendor relationships through effective communication, timely resolution of concerns and anticipation of the customers and vendors needs.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Professional customer service;

- Strong communication and negotiation skills;

- Ability to work independently;

- Ability to manage varying order volumes, resolve problems and adapt to changing situations;

- Assign orders to vendors for completion within a specified amount of time;

- Track valuation assignments through the valuation management system;

- Ensure service levels are met by communicating with the vendors via telephone/e-mail;

- Monitor shared e-mail folder and address all incoming e-mails and faxes;

- Check status of work for customers;

- Meet production goals established for this position;

- Regular consistent attendance is required;

- Ability to accept supervision;

- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and

customers by e-mail, telephone and in person;

- Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships. Must be

able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers and vendors;

- Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor;

- Must be personable, positive and a professional representative of the Company;

- Ability to work on Saturday, when needed, as requested and approved by supervisor;

- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred;

- Candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills;

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook;

- High outbound calling experience;

- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects;

- Must be a team player and willing to adapt to change;

- Prior valuations or mortgage banking experience preferred;

- Minimum of one year customer service experience preferred;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
