Bakery Production Workers needed for past growing Bakery manufacturing company in Ridgefield NJ. We are looking for various positions to be filled:
- Mixer
- Assistant Baker
- Oven personnel
- Baker
Company produces a wide range of bakery products.
Bakery Production Workers will assist in a variety of positions or tasks with the production of a variety of breads products. All work will be performed in accordance with SQF Food Safety procedures. Job tasks may change from day to day depending upon production needs.

* The ideal candidate will need to be dependable, desire to work in a fast-paced environment and team oriented individual. This position requires frequent standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and the ability to lift.
* Attention detail
* Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
* Maintain workflow from production conveyors.
* Ability to work others in a team setting with little supervision.
