Job Description

We are a growing design and printing firm for the restaurant industry. We are seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to join our team to grow our company and provide excellent client service. The ideal candidate is proactive, has strong customer service skills, and possesses a willingness to learn. The Sales Consultant is primarily responsible for generating leads, building a strong relationship with clients, identifying customer needs, recommending design and marketing solutions, and closing projects. This position is ideal for an individual interested in building a long-term career with a fast growing company.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Actively generate, develop and follow up on leads to promote our services and products through introduction meetings and on-site consultations
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions regarding our products and services through site visits, in-store visits, over the phone or by email according to company guidelines
• Provide onsite consultations and assistance to clients during project development and execution
• Create and present project concept, quotes and pricing to potential clients
• Manage customer objections, close projects and collect full payment
• Responsible for the promotion of company sponsored events, sales and promotions, membership program, etc.
• Set and achieve individual sales goals by reporting and implementing daily/weekly/monthly sales activities and results
• Compile and maintain all client project paperwork, records, documents, etc.
• Attend and participate in all sales and division-related meetings
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two (2) years of customer service experience required
• One (1) year of sales experience required
• Excellent verbal, written and over-the-phone communication skills with positive upbeat attitude
• A proactive self-starter with excellent problem solving skills and ability to follow directions without close supervision
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Be presentable and professional in appearance and demeanor
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, web browser, email, etc.)
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Bilingual in Spanish, Thai, or Vietnamese is a plus
