Job Description
Full time Molding Supervisor for all shifts, plastic injection molding facility.
Must be able to set molds, mold changes and process startups. Plastics experience a must.
- Verify and set up work stations
- Training and direct supervision to machine operators, material handler, floor support and quality inspectors.
- Completes production requirements by expediting work results; monitoring progress; resolving problems..
- Improves workflow by eliminating stoppages; analyzing delays; trying new methods.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Must have valid driver’s license, occasional lifting not to exceed 50lbs
- Must be able stand for long periods of time, move freely around shop floor and some bending.
