Job Description

The eCommerce Manager is responsible for managing the company's eCommerce initiatives. Using market
research, analytical data, ROI’s, KPI’s to direct the company on what strategies and planning is needed to be a
leader in this space. Focus on driving digital revenue by working alongside multiple departments to ensure the
highest consumer satisfaction and personalized buying experience. Report sales results and dashboards to
senior executives and outlay plans to exceed company goals. We are a cohesive team of talented and

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all online activities including but not limited to AQI’s own Marketplace
www.shopaqi.com, Amazon and all etailers such as but not limited to walmart.com, target.com
toysrus.com, bestbuy.com, brookestone.com etc
• Optimization of the online website and e-commerce experience to drive activation, engagement,
acquisition, and retention with continual refinement to improve conversation rates.
• Maintain dashboards/metrics of customer on-site behavior, purchasing preferences, psychographics
characteristics and other relevant information to help drive merchandising, marketing and product
decisions.
• Work with customer service and operations teams to maximize customer satisfaction through
fulfillment and customer service touchpoints.
• Create memorable and personalized experiences for AQI customers by understanding
preferences/needs and providing recommendations to deliver across all touchpoints (phone, email,
live chat, shipping, transactional email, etc)
• Collaborate with Marketing on traffic-driving initiatives, A/B tests and campaign management
• Share insight with Creative and Product Development teams on top sellers and collaborate on new
products and programs that can help drive sales and increase engagement
• Be a relentless customers evangelist across the company. Create and present demo/segmentation data
to help departments shape their work in an even more targeted manner.
• Spearhead Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC, CMS, Social Media, Email Marketing
• Provide analytical reports of online sales

• Updating website for mobile and computer systems to appeal to current and future customers
• Keep current knowledge of online trends
• Staying up to date on software and data trends
• Build short term and long term strategic plans for growth while managing everyday business.
• A focus on sales and marketing activities, search ranking improvement and conversation rate
optimization.
• Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
• Identify promotional opportunities with the marketing dept. and develop promotional calendars for
direct sales and key retailers
• Oversee and work with other teams within the organization on forecasting, merchandising, product
content, market research and demand generation
• Daily hands-on management of all promotions, product campaigns with a focus product data feeds and
product listing optimization
• Identify sales trends and growth potential, work with internal departments to increase sales volume
across all eCom partners.
• Develop annual account plans based on short, mid and long-range goals ensuring they’re in line with
company’s goals.
• Ability to work independently (self-motivated)
• Complete projects within required timeframes
• Constant problem solving
• Communicate and tie together all departments for product launches
• Interviews, hires, and trains eCom staff members
Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Business or a Related eCom Field
• Experience in managing a team of people
• CRM and ERP software knowledge
• In depth understanding of web design and web analytic software
o Adobe products, UX, Google Analytics, Word Press, Magento, HTML, SQL
o Bulk Editing, Multi-Attribution modelling, Bid Management across networks, A/B testing,
Google adwords

• Data Entry, Databases, Microsoft Suite, Independent Research
• Natural curiosity to test, analyze, report and learn
• Ability to critique and give direction as well as receive
• Knowledge of working within Toy Industry (plush discipline preferred), Entertainment, or other Pop
Culture Industry
• Ability to adapt to and manage changing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with superior attention to detail
• The position requires light domestic travel
• Proven ability to do whatever it takes to get the job done while taking initiative and pushing projects
forward under tight deadlines
• Motivated by challenges and possesses a robust sense of curiosity
• Passionate about driving brand growth by better meeting consumer expectations
• 5+ years' eCommerce experience (Retail merchandising, toy, fashion / life style preferred)
