Job Description
We are looking for a Full-time specialist responsible for quality control and basic appraisal reviewing of completed reports to determine their adequacy and completeness. The specialist will also analyze the general appraisal methodology used and comparable sales data for consistency.
Shifts: 11:30 am to 8:00 pm EST & 08:30 am to 5:00 pm EST
Skills/Qualifications:
Good PC skills, prior job experience in real estate appraisal review, strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and strong communication skills.
Salary: $12.00 per hour, based on experience
